Non-Action

If you have fixed a regular place and time for your silent withdrawal, you must become aware of WHAT you are withdrawing from.

You cannot re-build without demolishing what stands in the way. You cannot sow good seed without pulling out the weeds.

To discover the daylight, you need to recognise the night. You have to learn to look at your daily activities with greater discernment.

Mystical meditation
requires non-action
and inner freedom.
