1. What is spirituality?
Spirituality means paying attention to the deeper and higher dimensions of life.
There is more to life than just body and material things. Truth, beauty, integrity and love deserve room in our life. Spiritual persons integrate their awareness of the deeper and higher realities of life into their everyday living.

understanding that we are made in the divine image and likeness and that our
final destiny is with God.
